Conditions Of Sale

1. Prices stated are exclusive of VAT and will be charged at the current rate.
2. All goods remain the property of the seller until paid in full.
3. Goods should be examined on receipt. Any complaints should be notified immediately and confirmed in writing within seven days.
4. The company will not accept any claims for consequential losses in respect of any materials supplied and in all cases our limit of liability will be free replacement or a refund of the price paid.
5. If the customer cancels a confirmed order after the 31st January and the company is unable to re-sell the goods, the company reserves the right to charge the full value of the orders as liquidated damages.
6. Placing an order implies acceptance of these conditions.
